Generation degradation
The Year-1 and Year-2-onward loss applied to Solar and Wind generation over the project life.
The 📉 Degrad. tab sets how much Solar and Wind generation itself declines over the project life — separate from the battery's own state-of-health degradation on the 🔋 BESS tab.

The tab's own caption describes the two figures as compounding — each year's generation factor is (1 minus the Year-1 loss) multiplied by (1 minus the Year-2+ loss) raised to the power of (year minus 1) — and captions the shipped defaults as "1% Year-1, 0.4%/yr thereafter (IEC 61215 standard module degradation)".
