Troubleshooting

Symptoms you can search for — nothing placed, missing cables, absent energy figures, empty export pages — with the setting or input behind each one.

Find the symptom below and read the entry under it. Each one says what the application is doing, why, and which input or switch to change.

Licence messages are not here. Every message the licence check produces has its own entry in Licence problems.

Three things that explain most surprises

  1. A missing figure is usually a step you have not run. Cables and energy are separate, opt-in calculations, and a in the summary means not computed.
  2. Missing tables are usually a subtraction that is switched on. The boundary is shrunk by the perimeter road, then obstructions, corridors, terrain exclusions and equipment footprints come out of what is left.
  3. A table is placed only where it fits entirely inside the usable area. A partial fit is not placed at all, so table size decides how much of an irregular plot is usable.
